As development director at Camp North End for Atco Properties & Management, Tommy Mann has led the charge in bringing to life some of the city’s most sought-after retail, entertainment and small-office spaces over the last five years. Mann’s most notable win was “Immersive Van Gogh” digital exhibit that drew in more than 300,000 visitors over a six-month span. Atco has already redeveloped over 300,000 square feet of former industrial space at Camp North End, with another 1.5 million square feet to go.
